REMINDERS:

When sending supporting documentation such as transcripts, licenses, DD-214, etc., be sure to obscure any sensitive information such as social security numbers prior to submitting/emailing. Check documents closely, as this information may appear multiple times. NEVER send social security numbers via email...it's not secure.

If you are sending a form for Wing Commander approval (for example, for an out-of-Wing encampment), send the complete form (not just the signature page) and indicate where it needs to be sent after approval and when it's due.
